can the antibiotcs cure two seperate things at the same time?

Yeppers, I took antibiotics for bronchitis and it cleared up a tooth infection.
I was supposed to go to some specialty dentist to look at my tooth. Never had the money. When I went back to the dentist they asked if I ever went to see the specialist. I said no, and they told me that the infection was completely gone.

To my knowledge, antibiotics kill bacteria, not viruses. So as long as the infection is bacterial, I think antibiotics would cure both at the same time. hope this helps.

it all depends on the kind of antibodies the antibiotic has in it. If the antibodies are programed to numb pain than most likely yes. If the antibodies are used to fight infection than unless you have the same infection on your finger as you do on your teeth it probably won't work

yes, it is possible. But not all the antibiotics cure all the infections!
