This question is way to vague to know exactly what you want to know. However, a normal pulse rate is faster the younger you are. Also, normal heartbeat refers to the pulse taken when at rest. Here are the normals for different ages:
newborns to one year: 100 - 160 beats per minute
ages 1 to 10: 70 - 120 bpm
ages 10 to adult - 60 to 100 bpm

However, someone who is well conditioned will have a slow heart rate (such as marathon runners, joggers, tennis players, etc). They can have a heartbeat of only 40 - 60 bpm.

These are the heart rates for the different age groups.

For resting heart rate:

newborn infants; 100 to 160 beats per minute
children 1 to 10 years; 70 to 120 beats per minute
children over 10 and adults; 60 to 100 beats per minute
well-trained athletes; 40 to 60 beats per minute
