Healthcare staffing website?

Question

I want to know what people think about my website. Please look at http://www.medicaljobs.com and give me your honest feedback. Is the site slow, fast, functional, easy to use, useful information or anything else. I really am looking for healthcare professionals to test it out since that is who we cater too. it would have been cool, but i said that i live in Ohio, and everything it came up with was for all other States.... But good job on making it!
it was fast, and if i lived closer to the places i would have to look into some jobs.
