Does he like me? He stands closer to me then others when he talks to me. He says hi when he sees me and smiles.Used to talk about girls a lot but now doesnt. He said he doenst liek anyone at his school. (I dont go to his school) But the other day he barely said hi? Confused a little?

It took you too long to pick up on the hint. Now the ball is in your court. Make it your point to speak to him and smile. Ask questions. Don't be shy. Don't put yourself out there. Just ask him whatever it is you need to know.

He is all over you, he is just too shy to ask you out, maybe you should make the first move, girls can read body language, but us guys are idiots. He just has a crush on you and he can't ask you out because he is afraid that you'll say no.

well..he could just be testing the waters..so to speak. If he acknowledges you he at least wants to be friends and see where it goes from there. You may not go to his school, but is that really necessary of you'd like to be much more to him...I don't think so. Be more open t hime, ask him what he wants. be his freind first and foremost.

So one time he barely said hi? you're basing this whole thing on just one time? PLEASE, he could have had things of great importance on his mind or maybe he had someone in his family die. It could have been any number of reasons. Don't judge someone for one small thing like this.
Go after him and ask to know for sure, you might walk away with a date or even better.

this could possibly not be about you at all. he sounds withdrawn. maybe he's depressed or even suicidal (especially at the high school(?) age). I think you should talk to him and ask him if anythings wrong. maybe he's down about something, otherwise, it sounds like maybe he wants to ask you out but is afraid too.

yes he likes you if he shows emotions and he probably did not say anything to you the other day he probably have something heavy on his mind.
