Here I have this tofu recipe which might interest you.....
Minced Chicken on Tofu
100g minced chicken
1 packet silken tofu
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp young ginger, minced
1 tbsp salted soy beans
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cooking wine
Spring onions and chilli to garnish
1. Marinate minced chicken with salted soy beans, sugar and cooking wine
2. Blanch silken tofu in hot water for 30 seconds and drain
3. Heat up the wok with oil and add chopped ginger to stir fry till fragrant.
4. Add minced chicken and fry quickly over high heat for i minute.
5. Remove from fire and place minced chicken on the tofu. Garnish with spring onions and chopped chilli.

I've heard that people actually eat that stuff that way. However I don't think frying anything in oil is good for you.....let alone tofu....yuk! I'm sorry, I just can't stomache that stuff!!

Type into Google "cooking with Olive Oil" then read the articles, several say that cooking with olive oil causes the oil to turn carcinogenic and it then can then cause cancer. Research it, then you decide.
