The only thing I really can tell you is not to do anything that may get her made. Make sure you insure her that you still find her attractive and maybe buy her some candy. Give her a back rub or give her maybe something hot to drink for the pain.

buy a gun holster (one of those old western kinds with a holster on each hip) put hersheys or her fave chocolate on one side, and a small bottle of midol or pamperin (or fave pain reliver for that time of the month) on the other with a small bottle of water, when she starts gettin grouchy,drop to one knee, put your head down and whip out said chocolate, water and midol....
if anything, she should get a good laugh out of it, I know I would.
Just because she is pms'ing doesn't give her the right to rip your head off and shove it so far up your a s s it comes back out on your neck, GENTLY (VERY gently) remind her of this.....
