Why do you think God is "all knowing"? How did you arrive at this conclusion?
Why do you think God cares? He's already immortal!
The real question is this:
What value can a mortal, death-bound human being find in it? (It sounds to me like you find it very uncomforable, enough to concoct a question laden with false impressions!)

Seriously, Pascal believed that if we started going to church, our belief would get "better" and God would be satisfied. That sounds like brainwashing, though, and I'm not comfortable with taht thought.
