I'm 14, and I'm a girl. So I may have some advice 4 u.
He should flirt with her, smile at her. Not in a wacky nervous way or he'll look too weird.
Umm then he should dress real nice, and smell good. Buy him some men's lotion. Gel and hair-do.
Get him to act like real cool. Because that attracts most of us girl really fast, if u know how to carry urself around.
Then he just has to talk to her and b friendly.
When he has had experience with her for at least 1 week as friends.. he should just ask:
-So.. what'cha doin' saturday night?.
When she says nothing he can say:
-Well, maybe we can go out for a movie or something.
And then she says ok! and everything is perfect.
But if she says:
-I'm going out with friends.
Then maybe she's not that interested yet. And he has 2 wait a bit more.

oxox, good luck!. Hope I helped!.

p.s. That way he dosen't get hurt and embarrased there right in front of her of she says no.

Well at 13 years old in grade 8 it shouldn't be that difficult. He may just want to talk it up with her over lunch someday, or else perhaps walk her home some day after class and ask her out then. If he is a little shy he may even just make up some scenario and ask her how she would respond to a fella like him asking her out. If she says she would date someone like him then he could make the move and ask her out. If she said she wouldn't consider it then he may be best to look at other girls in his class. You being his stepfather must remember being his age and could share your experiences of being his age and having interests in girls. If you take the time to share your experiences with him not only will it allow him to have some valuable time bonding with you but he may take your advice and thank you for it.

Walk up to her and start talking. Say hi and whatever and after awhile (how ever long you want) if she likes you (at least as a friend) ake her to hang out or do omethin as friends. If you get along great and you both like each other and she doesn't have a boyfriend or whether is after another ask her out.

My advice though is to wait ill high school to ask her out (become her friend now) and rather wait till one of you hav a liscence.

Well, I suggest that he give her a sweet note,
Stating that he would like to meet her somewhere,
Either a park, Or maybe after school by the swings,
Or wherever it may be, Tell her that he would like to meet her and talk to her, but if state that if she doesn't want to show, it is okay, and he will understand.

When he gives her this note,
It could be on her locker,
Or it could just him just simply walking up to her and saying ...
" I wanted to give you this, Please read it when you get the chance " I would also suggest since they are so young, that he could give her a flower along with the note.

When and if she meets him outside,
in the place he asked her to meet him,
then he could just sit down and open and honestly communicate with her, even though he may be a little shy, he has got to over come that obstical and just simply say what's on his mind.

Ask her out,
And get it over with.
If she says yes, then that is just so wonderful.
If she says no, then trust me.... word will get around about him, and him giving her a cute little note with a flower, and there will be lots of girls that will totally fall for him because of it.

:)

No worries,
Just remember to be honest,
He has to be honest with himself,
As well as the girl he is interested in.

He has to have his self confidence....
And he can surely do it!

Good lucl & I really hope I helped!

He could always organise a group thing like to an amusement park and then they can separate from the group later on. If his confident enough to ask her out on a 1-on-1 date than he should just approach her or slip in a note between her books.

you get to know her. if u still like her tell her how you feel and say I wanna b your boyfriend. he even comes close to getting a friend to talk to her or her friend hes not ready for a relationship. if he can't take rejection then he can't take a break up. I'm 14 and this formula(if you wanna call it that) will work if u have good decision on who you like and if your relatively attractive and if you are nice and are good at talking. also tell your stepson that the nicer you are to girl in general the better chance hes got to get girls in general. girls at that age talk and enough girls talk about you in a positive manner the more girls you get.

Ask her out for a date or ask her out like to be his girlfriend? They are way to young to be out on an unsupervised date, maybe a family outing but no dates! He has plenty of time for that.

As for asking him to be his girlfriend...for an 8th grader...maybe he could ask her if she needs help carrying her books... It's been a long time since I was in 8th grade and a whole lot has changed (lol). Now days, guys and girls are very forward...maybe he should tell one of her friends and she can pass the news that he likes her.

thats really cute how your stepson likes a girl hehe.those young age love is cute. But anyways, the cutest idea i can think of...well valentines is coming up..if he is willing to wait until valentines day, he should make a big poster with cute hearts about it and just make it valentiney and ask if she would like to be his valentine...presenting a poem with it would be cute but if he is shy then the best way is to maybe go to the movies together or somewhere like adventure park and ask her if she would liek to be his girlfriend.best wishes. hope this answer was working.

He can't not be blunt. His resources are very very limited at 13. Tell him to get out there and be a man! If he's shy now, he's going to get stomped by girls all his life.

He needs to know that what ever he dose, the girl will be happy just to be asked out. take it from an 8th grade girl... she will be happy know matter what he dose. Just make sure that he either writes a note or asks her out personally because it is mean to girls when a guy has his friend ask her out for him and that he dosn't even care to talk to her.

Good Luck :)
