As long as she doesn't burn herself and doesn't use it too often (to prevent damage) Mabey you could put some heat protectant on her hair first

Sure she can. I used a curling iron when I was 9 or 10 - middle school.

It takes some practice. Maybe you can help her learn how to use it. :)

Certainly. Anyone (who has the hair to) can use a curling iron, BUT she may need assistants to aviod hurting herself and burning herself.

Yeah. Just make sure to tell her NOT TO TOUCH THE METAL PLATES! Metal & steel transfers heat quickly, so warn her! And kids don't always listen, so supervise, and watch her.

yeah they can if they know how to so if your sister knows how to use one then yeah. if not then no cause she might burn her hair and get a bruise in her hair and it really hurts if you mess with it.

maybe you should like do her hair for her, or show her how to do it, like doing it in a mirror so she can see what you do, and then let her use them herself when she can do it herself?

Why not. just make sure she know HOW to use it so she doesn't get burnt. Or do it for her.
