I don't get the Kung-fu part but I broke 3 1" boards for my 2nd dan gup test and never broke any more then that with one strike, with my head.

The rest of my body parts is another question.

I never Broke any with my head . but i broke 4 with Palm Heel 4 with a side kick 3 with a front kick 3 wit my elbow 2 with a knife hand this wasnt aLL IN one day this was over the corse of a whole year .oh i forgot 2 with a jump spin side kick and that it . only crazy people use there head for board breaking

I prefer to either use my hand, elbow, knee or foot.
