I was driving and was a little drunk and got into an accident ad hit a pole. The officer came and cuffed me and I got scared and fled. I need to go to the hospital as my leg is messed up really bad (I think I can see bone) and I have an unrelated infection in my genitals that I need to take care of. That being the case, I don't want to go to jail though. I don't know what to do.

I dont see how you got away from the cop once you were handcuffed. Does that mean you are still in cuffs, hobblin around with a bone sticking out of your leg and and your crotch is on fire?

Lets get this straight! Your drunk,you hit a pole,your injured, your arrested, your hand cuffed, you escape and to top this off you have a venereal disease. Sounds like the movie "The Fugitive" with a few more problems but you didn't give Inspector Gerard.
Plead temporary insanity and begin writing the screen play, Hollywood is waiting for you.

Go to the hospital and get your leg and everything else taken care of. tell the hospital you had a car accident. Then when you are back home, CALL the POLICE and turn yourself in as it is best you do this instead of waiting for them to come and get you.
They will FIND YOU.

You made the bed, it's time to lie in it.
First, go to the hospital - you need to get things taken care of. Then, go to the police station. It's better to turn yourself in than it is to be caught unawares.

go get your self fixed up it's not worth dyin over to maybe go to jail on DUI and fleeing charges that will probably be filed municipal misdemeanor anyways. go to the hospital!!
