Take 2 slices of 9-grain whole wheat bread, one small tomato, 2-3 slices of American cheese.
Put cheese on one slice with sliced tomato between, top off with 2nd slice of bread. Pan toast (fry) in butter or margarine until golden brown and cheese has melted. Try that with an apple & 4 oz. skim milk and you've got yourself a 5 minute meal.

Make a salad! Grab some lettuce and tear it up. Top with your favorite veggies, cheeses, and dressing. If you have any ham or turkey in the fridge, toss that in as well. It's quick, easy, and healthy. Should take less than 5 minutes, and clean up is easy too!!

grilled cheese and tomato. Get two slices of bread(preferably wheat) and two thin slices of tomato. Put shortening on each side of the bread. Then put the cheese and tomato inside. Close the sandwich and put it on a pan on the stove, flip it like a burger and hold it down with a spatula a little bit, do it to each side. now let it cool a bit and eat!

Mexican Scrambled Eggs
eggs (plus some milk if you like & butter for the skillet)
salsa
shredded cheddar cheese
Scramble some eggs however you usually do. ( you can do them in the microwave but, be careful not to overcook) Top with bottled salsa and shredded cheddar cheese.
You can add black beans to it or black olives, onion what ever you like.
Warm up some tortillas in the microwave for another side.

well my favorite cheese is.......... cheader cheese and i have a good recipe for some mac & cheese all you need is your favorite kind of cheese and a pack of noodles.i probably would'nt use long spaghette noodles but use some short ones like pasta noodles.cook the noodles for a little while- 5 to 7 minutes or till the noodles are pretty soft, then take your cheese and slice it into slices and put one peice in to the pasta and stir it in and the next peice and the next and the next and......well you get the point! do that till it gets to the cheesey delight of your taist buds! that is my grandmothers reciepe and when i go to her house she always makes it for it is super!!!! well i hope i helped! enjoy!

Use a tortilla and put some ranch or mayo on it and add turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Roll it up and wrap it in plastic wrap. Take baby carrots and ranch for dipping along with your wrap.
