coffee, loud music, lots of caffeine, cold shower, soda, sugary foods (candy), they also have pills that make you stay awake and make you more alert.

take a shower, but cold no hot. drink a cup of coffee, do some gym exercises. don't drink to much coffee because from a point up it won't help at all. good luck!
