You need an F-1 Visa. If you contact the school you wish to attend, they should be able to arrange the visa. Alternatively, if your parents enter the country on another kind of Visa (such as an HB-1 or TN visa) you can enter under an associate status (HB-2 or J-2, for example) which allows you to attend schools in the USA, but does not allow you to work.

I believe that you would also need to get a student visa from the U.S. You better contact their immigration service or your local U.S. consulate.
