lol, no that doesn't mean that he thinks you're ugly, it means that he didn't want you to notice that he was staring at you, and he was probably staring at you because he finds you attractive. Good luck with this guy, I hope hes cute,lol.

No, quite the opposite. It is more likely to mean he likes you. When you look at him, subconciously he gets embarressed and looks away without thinking about it.
