hair dye question?

I dyed my hair blondealmost a week ago and it turned out a dark blonde.

If I used the same color hair dye and dyed it again would my hair turn out a lighter blonde or would it be the same?

depends if it bleach or a toner. bleach based will make it lighter the other sort won't
