Who is Isa? God named him Yeshua (Savior) because he would save his people from sin. Allah says he is not the savior? His name was Savior and God named him that but Allah forgot or what? How come the Gospel knows the word is Savior and that name is true to the Gospel and yet he was named before the Gospel and the Qu'ran by God. Why is his name in agreement with the Gospel but not the Qu'ran when both are suposed to be the same God and the Gospel could have been corupted according to Muslims Did those meanys that corrupted God's word also corrupt the name of Jesus before the Gospel was written? Seems to me the only place anyone ever heard this name Isa is in the Qu'ran as Jews called this man Yeshua Christians call him Jesus...Arabic Christians call him Yasu...Where did Muahmmed get this name Isa could it be from Esau? Surely Allah did not anme a mere messenger Savior? But God sure did! Then how is Allah God? And who the heck is ISA? When Allah said say your God is my God did he forget?

Did Allah forget he had a plan to save his creation and that plan included this savior Jesus Christ who was God with us Imanuel? if this God is the God of the Christians and Jews as he claims how could he forget why he named Jesus Yeshua (savior) because he would save his people from sin.

Seven Seas the word Yeshua is Hebrew it would have been the word God used as he would have spoken so that Mary would have understood. Yeshua is the name in his native language that Jesus was called. In arabic this word would have been Yasu...All who know the Bible would never refer to Jesus as Esau as the Bible speaks poorly of Esau as a man who was not spiritual but a man very much into his flesh. God would not have confused the name Yeshua (Savior) with the name Esau. He knew them both and they were very different this is obviously a mistake made by a false prophet who did not know the word of God.

Robed if Isa means Jesus it too must mean savior which is against what Allah believes obviously the reason the name was changed. The trick is Jesus unlike many that Muhammed tried to change had a perfect name God gave him which no one can change Savior lol it proves Muhammed wrong apperntly Satan tried to get around it by changing the name but the name Yeshua who he refers too calling him Isa is the man the Qu'ran was refering to and thei name of Jesus is the stumbling block that Satan could not overcome praise God the name of Jesus is the victory what a testimony!!!!!

Mehmet 1Cor.1: 18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

If you lose your pride in your wisdom and seek the truth of God it is available to you and he will reveal the truth to you. You will not gain access to God by your wisdom or your supposed good deeds. Jesus said he is the way and the truth and the life and no one comes to the Father but through the Son. Man attempted to live according to the law and failed. There is no other way god in his mercy did coem and apy the penalty of death for you none of your works nor any of your wisdom can save you from the penalty of death. Your own False God can not show you salvation and none can deleiver you from your sin but God and this he does through the atonement he provided and Jesus Christ is your only salvation he is the only way repent and accept the atonement he provided and the plan of Salvation God had from before the creation of the world.

Good point....Allah is not the same as the Christian God....or the God of Jesus The Christ...

Moreover;

Muslims (and Islam) say Jesus was a prophet but they reject all His teachings ....that is hypocrisy.

They reject Christ's divinity;
they reject his claim to be the Son of God;
they reject his death on the cross...
they reject His ressurrection..
They reject Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...
Need I say more...?

Don't be deceived. The Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ.

The Bible calls Muhammed and those like him false prophets:
"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22)

Arabic Word For Jesus

2016-11-04 03:38:57 · answer #2 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

Hmmm...and who called Yeshua "Jesus"? Therefore Jesus is closer to Isa than Yasu! Correct?

Yasu is an Arabicized version of Yeshua, but Isa is the correct name. You see: Arabic is much older than Hebrew...in fact, many apparent Hebrew names actually have Arabic origins!

For example: Isaac is called Yitzhak in Hebrew; though the original name is Yad-Hak which is the Arabic word for "He laughs".

As for Esau, he's called Al-Eiss in Arabic, so there is no resemblance between this name and Isa.

By the way, I see that you're actually an old man...what are you trying to disprove in reality?

Instead of busying yourself with such fruitless researches which you are too old for, perhaps it is time to ask yourself some real and useful questions like:

Could Almighty God be whipped and nailed on a cross?!
What the hell is this trinity? Is the Father God or only 1/3 of God?
Is Anne (Mary's mother) God's grandma? If so, why do we not venerate her more than Mary who was God's mamma? Again, would Abraham be God's great- grandfather ?
Would being born without a father be enough to make a person divine? If that's the case, why don't we worship Adam who had no father or mother? What about Meleckizedek?
If Jesus was God, why didn't his disciples worship him and pray towards him? Why did Jesus eat and drink and even go to the bathroom??

I believe that if you haven't asked yourself these questions nor have you sought to answer them...then you're definitely mentally retarded...no joking here.

My advice is that you should take this matter seriously; as your remaining days are carefully counted. If not, I'd recommend you go to a prominent psychiatrist who may prescribe a comfortable nut-house for you.

Search for the true path seriously and stop wasting your time in minor issues; you've already wasted too much time in nonesense, old man.

Muslims and Jews share this great ideology, the point is to understand the holy books as they are produced. If we change words to our languages then the messages get mixed up and changed. Look at the Christians, Jesus (p.b.u.h) was Muslim but spoke Al-Aramaic. His followers were the same but over time his book got translated into Greek, then Italian the Latin now into other languages that have changed the words. The Bible was meant to act like a support to the Old Testament, but it does the opposite. The Old Testament believes in ONE God, believes that Pig meat is wrong etc.... but the Bible have over looked that and supports the opposite. Over time the Bible has changed every good law and turned it to its laws. Now Christians sing, clap, wear indecent clothes and dance in Church because its religion has gone backwards to the time of the Pagans, because they misunderstood and changed their Bible.

Good question. I don't think Isa means Savior, because they don't believe Yeshua will save them. Or does it? Yesu means save. They say that there is no savior beside Allah.

In the bible it is written that the Yahweh Elohim said that there is no Savior beside Him. But Elohim is plural of Elyh / El / Allah.
