If she has a mate, then the eggs might hatch. If she doesnt have a mate, then the eggs will not hatch. Just leave the egg alone until she abondens the egg. Then you can pitch the egg.

Dont touch it unless a vet tells you to. If you touch it and it picks up your sent, the parakeet will ignore its egg. If you have a male then it might be fertilized. Get a breeding box and maybe your parakeet will move the egg to the box, they hatch in there.

try to keep everything normal and not out of the ordinary for the birds. don't touch them (the eggs) and respect the birds privacy. when it lays eggs and only some hatch it will get rid of the rest when the first are born. so if you only end up with 1 bird when there was 6 eggs its normal!

What are the odds of this? Are we speculating about a remote possibility or do you have a male and female parakeet who are a breeding pair? They have nests that you can buy to put in the cage for the female to lay in. It's like woven wicker with a cover and a hole for her to come and go.

if she has a mate then it is fertalized and that means you will have a baby bird but if not than you will not have a bay bird ethier way don't touch it
