In spite of life's ups and downs, how do you keep yourself calm and at peace? There is no right or wrong answer here- it could be something as simplistic as playing video games or gardening to praying or exercising. I want to know how you, personally, deal with stress. Have a great day =)

becoz I have been thinking of what does make me calm for a long time.
and the answer is
electronic gadgets.
gettin these things I always become kool
but after using them for quite a long time I again get unstable to get the new one!!!

As soon as I feel the anxiety of stres, I've learned to recognize it as soon as it starts. Once I do that, then the adrenaline feeling starts to subside.

When I just have stress in general, I usually find myself going shopping. Even if I don't buy anything just going there and walking around somewhat relieves my stress.

What else helps is ordering my favorite food. I have a few favorites so if I didn't buy anything at the mall/outlets then I know I'll find my favorite food and that makes me happy again!

i'm 20 and had my toddler 17 weeks in the past and honestly.... i grow to be so drowsy and out of my concepts on gas and air that i did not have the capacity to freak out. Well I find it hard to keep calm..but somehow during all my life's mistakes and ups and downs I manage to at least put my mask on in public..but then at home I will just cry and scream and yell...I listen to my music and sing my heart out. Heavy metal works too!

most definitely praying, and reminding yourself that you are bound to come across problems. I think of the problems as works of the devil, and how he strives to see people suffer, so that they can do the wrong things like crimes and stuff. Since we don't want to make him happy, we do the opposite by maintaining our humble personality

I turn of the lights put a dv in of a thunder storm, light a candle and lay back and listen to the rain, id does help.

Eliminate that which stress you out by staying away from it or finding other things to do to forget the stress.
