What kind of sore is this? Open air and hydrocortisone work for most.

Depends on where they are and how long you've had them, and what caused them.
For cuts and scrapes, clean well, apply neosporin, or bacitracin, if you're not allergic to it, and cover with a band-aid. Wounds heal more quickly in clean, moist environments.
If the sores are in a place where you can't put a band-aid, just keep them clean, and moisten with bacitracin or A&D pointment. It's not good to put hydrocortisone on a sore unless you're sure there is no infection, because steroids mask the symptoms of infection, which could get bad.

more suitable than in all probability, your dermis's lack of ability to heal and renew is concerning your weightloss plan. in case you're a vegetarian, it sounds like there are some voids that favor to be filled, likely such issues as protein the position you get needed food. notwithstanding, you'd be a vegetarian and nevertheless devour sufficient quantities of energy, protein, minerals, supplementations, and so on. and evidently, probability is that you're not any further getting sufficient protein yet i'd nicely be incorrect. it may well be some thing except protein, because as you likely already recognize you'll get first rate quantities of protein on a vegetarian weightloss plan. you gained't be ingesting sufficient, ordinarily. even as i grow to be lower than-weight my cuts under no circumstances healed, my hair broke off truly and thinned out extensively, and the circles lower than my eyes were given darker than popular. If this sounds customary, make an appt. with a nutritionist (ask your regular care dr. for a referral) and he/she could provide you with powerful concepts on what to devour in case you're a vegetarian and how a lot you need to be ingesting.
