use OCR softwares theres many OCR softwares they could translate scanned page to text or pdf

As others have already said, you need to scan using OCR software, and open the file (which is normally done automatically) in Word.

The following url will take you to a page where you can download SimpleOCR a free OCR software ... maybe the only free one available, unless you get another with a new scanner.

Use OCR software (optical character recognition)

Usually you will find some bundled in with your scanner.

Omnipage is probably the most popular and most accurate.

If you don't want to buy any software then there is a freeware option available. Try: http://www.simpleocr.com/Default.asp
although I have never tried it myself.
