Pantene is fab they have a new range shampoo and conditoner time renewal (leave on for 5 mins) is the best thing ive ever tried on my hair.......my hair is dry but this stuff is fab, but the trick is not to use it everyday. I use it 3 times per week and thats enough, otherwise i notice the effectiveness starts to wear off with most shampoos and conditioners. Also use a leave in conditioner John Freida is good, im also growing my hair and it smells and looks good.
good luck.xxxx

Its not about shampoo and conditioner you should take better vitamins. Flax oil and hempseed oil works wonders along with vitamins w copper. They condition is too, make it shiny. Nutergena Fructis is cheap but it doesnt leave build up and doesnt dry out your hair. Thats what i use but i just switched to herbal essence - blue bottle-new on the market- called HELLO HYDRATION!! Also, if you buy cholestorol from a beauty shop it really really helps to condition your hair, leave it on for a couple hours. Or Mayo.
Works for me.

demanding little thing arn't you.
Dear Shampoo can't fix that you know.
Try drinking 60 ounces of water a day.
DRY hair is a symptom of a bigger problem that shampoo can't fix. Using a gentle shampoo and and washing only once a day or every other day will help.
Stop using hot water (only luke warm), curling/flat irons, alohol based hair products and only "Defuse" your hair dry- don't blow dry it- daily for starters.
To look beautiful- then its a whole package deal. Best wishes.

The shampoo is important but don't forget to use an "after" treatment like good, old fashioned VO5 or any of the new options for taming dry, frizzy, or fly away hair.

Certan shampoos will tell you what type of hair they're for. Simply go to the store and read the bottles. If you're looking at Patene somewhere on the front it'll say "For Dry hair" or something like that. Just read the bottles.

I love the way Treseme works. Try not to use Pantene. It is a really heavy shampoo and conditioner. You should also change shampoos and conditioners every couple of months to avoid build up on your hair.

I'm not really that it matters wat kind of shampoo you use but if your worrided about dry hair try not to wash your hair evreyday wash one day with shampoo and conditioner then the next day with just condition it won't take away natural oils u need to have mosture in ur hair (i use panine pro V and hebal essences and they keep my hair nicee and smoothe)

i like Finesse moisturizing.
do not blow dry your hair
one night a month don't rinse the conditioner out of your hair, and leave it in overnight.
get the ends trimmed evry 4 to 6 months.
take a multi vitamin

panteen pro v is the best there is lots of different types for different hair types also get it trimmed everynow and then my sister is a cosmotoligist and she reccomends panteen pro v for you...the more you trim your hair the faster it will grow becuase u are cutting off split ends that stunt the growth of your hair
what ever you do dont use shampoos and conditioners that have alcohol in them it makes it all worse...
good luck!
