sometimes i call her and she answers her phone but sometimes she doesnt. and when were on the phone she talks for a little while then she says that she will call me back in a couple of minutes but then never does. but then she sends me texts that say hey hun sorry i didnt call you back and stuff like that. is she trying to avoid me or is she jsut really busy and forgets about calling me back.

It sounds to me like she's got another guy on the side, and you are just a distraction. Dump her, Josh, and find a girl who is more into you. You don't want to be satisfied with a girl who tends to forget about you. There are so many other girls out there who would love a guy to be calling them. You need to start looking for them.
Also, you need to check out the Tom Leykis radio show to learn more about what you should do. You definitely need to learn a little Leykis-101 to get more women in your life. Find out if this show is broadcast in your area. Here's his web site:

Yea she is playing games, if a girl wants to talk to u should wouldnt hang up the phone! Or if she had to she would remember to call u back. who forgets to call a loved one!!
Screw her (not literary) and move on u deserve someone who is upfront with u.

she's not interested...unless there is lot going on in her life then she is prob really busy and might forget to call when she has free time
