We visited Victoria and Nanimo (not sure of spelling, sorry!) last year. It was beautiful and we enjoyed our trip thoroughly. We had high tea at the Empress Hotel in Victoria as a highlight of our trip.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to visit Vancouver. We have enjoyed every place in Canada we have ever visited. So do either or both (they're only a ferry ride apart) and enjoy!
