I was always brought up to respect and be nice to women, i.e treat them how I would like to be treated. When you do, women only want to be your friends and not have sex with you. However when you treat them really bad and are really horrible to them or are just a jerk in general they will have sex with you. I don't want to change the person I am and be a jerk but I really like getting laid with hot babes, therefore why are women retarded?

Don't worry, you're a jerk at heart, so you just have to reconsider some of the fine points of how you're approaching women in "nice" mode verses "jerk mode". You need to become, in short, a sophisticated, suave jerk.
When you're in "nice mode" do you compliment women on their sexy, touchable hair, their ultra-feminine nails, their gorgeous long legs, their passionate smiles, or do you say "your hair looks nice today." The first will let women know you're interested in them sexually. The second is something their girlfriends would say. You guess which one will get you a "score."
When you're in "jerk mode" I bet you make a lot of decisions, but in "nice mode" you let the girls choose. Try making the decisions in your "nice mode" with firmness and a brilliant, intimate smile, looking deeply into a woman's eyes. Another thing I bet you do in "jerk mode" is dominate the conversation, while in "nice guy" mode you let the women determine the conversation. Try instead to steer the course of the conversation. When she tries to talk about "girly things", listen for a little bit with an indulgent smile, say something like "that's what makes you so sexy" or "I love that you are so feminie" or something and CHANGE THE CONVERSATION. Don't change it to sports or something either; make it an intimate talk about something you share with her, something that makes you look good and her excited without coming off as a boor or know-it-all. You have to be well-read, well-travelled, and well-thought to pull this off, but the most successful "jerks" in the world are the men who can charm women into bed this way and leave them in the morning with a smile on their faces and a slight regret that such a man is just a one-night affair... but a passion not to be forgotten quickly.
There are men like this. They are very successful with women; and they almost never have to deal with crying, hysterics, or any of the other baggage that crude jerks stir up daily.

i think your problem looks like one i had. You are so respectfull and nice that you ignore your own (sexual) needs when you are with a woman. Only being a pleaser all the time is a turnoff.
A man showing initiative and being persistent and going for his own pleasure can be quite pleasant for a girl. She likes it when you give a direction, stand for what you want, take care of your own needs.
Because that is so scary from the background that we nice guys come from, we need a bit of anger to make ourselfs go for our goals. Problem is, then they become plane goals, and the girls become the tools to achieve them. And we end up all not having what we want: to give love.
So the only answer is: have the blloody guts to be brave and full of initiative, don't be a shy asking boy, but a caring directive man, and stay connected all the time. Dare to overwhelm a woman with your love and attraction towards her. that is still being nice, but in a different way.
Don't change the person you are, strengthen the person you are. "wish to get laid with hot babes": translate that to: "i have the power to love the whole world. i am love"

It has to do with self esteem and self worth. A lot of women and men as well will stay in horrible relationships because they're of the belief that they can't attract anybody else. They've most likely only dated people who treat them bad, so they think its wrong to be treated nice. This is also one of the reasons why nice guys finish last.

Women who like to get treated like dirt were brought up under those conditions. And, as sad as it is, that's what they look for because that is what they're used to and they feel "comfortable" being treated like that. So love=pain. They need to work on their self-confidence. Only professionals will be able to help.

I guess if a guy treats a girl like dirt she feels that she is with a real man. But I believe a real man stands by his women defends and protects her. But they do not see this. By calling women "retarded," you sort of defeat the purpose of extolling the upsides of dating nice guys. Try again.
You think of these guys as jerks when, really, they're just not entirely focused on us. We like men who have lives outside of their relationships with us, and prioritize their fulfillment — JUST LIKE WE DO. And in the end, all we need each other for is sex.
