whats it mean when a guy ask my bestfriend if i like him! and then he was like i just wanna know what shes gunna say tell her i like her! and then i went up to him and was like omg why do you keep telling her to tell me all this crap cuz i thought he was just messing with me! but then he went up to her and said omg why did you tell her i said that, becuz it was just a joke! and then the pass couple of days hes been not talkin to me so i havent been talkin to him either! and then he tryed to bump into me on purpose but i didnt even look at him i just kept walk right passed him! after all that happened he was like yea kali's really pretty but idk if i like her like that! was it really a joke! or does he really like me?

You made a big mistake going up to him like that demanding why he kept asking your friend if you liked him. That was very rude of you, obviously he had enough faith in your friend that she wouldn;'t tell you. The fact she told you, first take it as a compliment and secondly keep it to yourself!
He's embarassed now. He shared his feelings briefly and now he's trying to cover them up because you exposed it all.
Shame on you for not being sensitive to other's feelings!
You should talk to him. Tell him you're sorry, if you don't like him, then just say "You scared me, asking my friend those questions.. can we just say friends?"
And if you like him then tell him! He must have zero dignity left right now and it's YOUR job to get some of it back for him.
