Even if I wash it and rinse well, my hair is still oily. Any suggestions or home remedies?

Sounds to me like your roots are creating too much oil. This happens because your hair is dry. Even if you don't feel it, it is and your body is responding to it in the only way it knows how: oil. Try and get a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner made specifically for dry hair. You could also try to stop blow drying your hair for a week or two and see what happens. If you're still having trouble, I'd suggest that you make sure you're scrubbing your roots in particular when you shower. Don't pile your hair on top of your head and try to scrub through it; start with your hair back the way the water smoothes it, and apply shampoo to the top of your head, and use your nails. Just be sure that you are getting the roots.
And if that doesn't work, try going to a doctor to see if they have any suggestions.

Hope it helps!
