One day at a time. You are not the first person to go through a divorce.

Many people say keep yourself busy and start new hobbies, all that is fine but just remember still at the end of the day your gonna start from square one. Feeling lonely, frustrated and etc. So take it one day at a time and try to make the best out of it. Maybe go to church.

good luck and god bless

Give some thought to what will make things easier for you on a day to day basis.
I had to Get The H*** Outta Dodge (move) to keep from running into my not-yet-ex and his other woman.
I also wrote EVERYTHING down (even the bad words) that I was feeling and addressed it to him, though I never sent it. Getting it on paper kinda got it off my chest.
Good family and friend support is valuable too.
And if you need counseling.....hey, whatever works for you.

when you find out... let me know!! I don't think anyone truly knows the correct answer to this question.... everyone deals with it in their own way... some bury themselves in work... others date straight away, while others just try and get on with life... as the previous people have said, I think it is important to start with each day as it comes... good luck!!
