I have ordered a costume from America for my daughter, it was shipped from America 4 weeks ago now. I don't really know about shipping but surely it shouldn't take this long?

I've ordered things from America that have arrived within the week but, equally, I've had to wait up to three weeks for other items. They do say to allow up to twenty-eight days for delivery (if you ordered from ebay or Amazon, you will have been given an expected date) but I'd say that if nothing happens by next week then contact the seller. It does sound as if it's taking an inordinately long time for your item to arrive.
