i um am in LOVE with this guy but i never tried talking to him he live right next to me

Well, you can start by actually TALKING to him. You say he lives right next to you, so why not go over to his house and ask if he'd like to hang out? But If that's too scary, maybe try riding your bike past his house or walking past it once in awhile, and if you see him outside, take that as an opportunity to say hi and start a conversation - your first move may be the start of something, but only if you MAKE it happen!!!

Well I would start out by talking to the guy, ask him to help you study with a little small talk and a little flerting you might grab his attention, find out if he is single and don't be afraid to ask him out first see where this go's...good luck

Strike up a conversation with him next time you see him. Feel him out and see if you have much in common. Go from there. You should be able to tell by his actions if he is interested in you.

get you head out of the clouds and get real. you are not in live with him you are infatuated with him and that is a different story. as for getting him to go out with you, ask him, and you will get an answer, tricks do not work as it is starting a relationship on a lie and that is just wrong, but if you do not believe me , do your thing, and find out your self

TALK to him. Show him you are interested. He won't ever make a move unless he knowes you are interested in him. Be yourself. Start up a conversation with him. Try to find something that you have in comman with him. Whether it's football, or music, or just life in general.

If you see him, why don't you say Hi and say that you guys are neighbors. Have those pep talks with him and invite him in parties...maybe then he'll ask you out.

hi!!...if he's ur neighbour...talk more as give him a hint that u want a date out!!....guys are gud at catching hints...tell him wat she likes and where u like to hang out or visit!!..,,and it will not be difficult if u ask him out just casually to be out!!,,,,u can figure out frm this reaction what really he likes!
