A HUUUUUUUUUUUGELY used site for many many many pilots (including myself) is AirNav. They have an enormous database of places, including private fields. All you have to do is go to "Airports" type in the city and bam! You've got it! Check em out!

Go to a travel vendor site such as Expedia, and enter the city name. It will give you the code.
