Between replacements I was developing a lot of hand pain from repetitive motion, but now that I am using the Natural keyboard again I feel so much better. I am wondering what your experiences were?/why don't more people use it?! Thanks.

I'm a medical transcriptionist, so I do ALOT of typing! I can't believe it took me so long to discover the ergonomic keyboard. It took me a while to adjust to the different hand positioning, but now that I'm used to it...what a relief!

I think it's taking some time to catch on because most companies just go with the keyboards that come with whatever type of computer system they've invested in (the ergonomic keyboards can be a bit pricey). Where I work, the same is true, but we're allowed to use our own keyboards (at our own expense, but it's worth it).

I think more people don't use it because it's requires buying a new piece of hardware. I don't have a Natural Keyboard myself, but I use a different type layout - Dvorak, which feels more comfortable to use when touch typing
