The Holocaust is an irrefutable fact. The evidence, of course, is overwhelming. The countless photographs (most of them taken by Nazi SS and military personnel), testimonies of survivors, and Allied liberators as well as from Nazi documentation media and their war-time propaganda films all prove that this mass Judeocide took place. Yet, there are a number of people that claim it was all nothing more than a hoax. These deniers call themselves "revisionist historians." Their express purpose is to alter documented historical fact. In the process, they turn scholarship into mockery, transforming truth into a make-believe fantasy spawned from unmitigated cynicism. They use the resulting misinformation to spread their anti-Jewish beliefs to the general public. Moreover, their theories, derived from blatant fabrication of data, misquotations, and quotations used out of context, are presented under the deceptive mask of scholarship and are made available to the world by way of the Internet, radio, and television. Although only relatively few fringe groups, propagandists, and pseudo-scholars embrace Holocaust denial, their activity is increasing and the potential for their influence to grow is evident. Therefore, it is incumbent upon all Holocaust survivors, historians, and those sincere chroniclers of the Holocaust to inform the world of the truth before the peoples around the world potentially fall prey, over time, to collective amnesia and adopt a romantic mythical view of the past events.
Denying the fact that the Holocaust occurred makes about as much sense as claiming that the earth is flat. It was the meticulous Nazis themselves who produced a large portion of the documents now available to anyone who desires to peruse them. They all point to the deniers' hypocrisy and make it plain that their claim to a "Holocaust hoax" is an unmitigated farce. Furthermore, contrary to the deniers' assertions, Hitler was fully aware of and did, in fact, order the annihilation of the European Jews. The facts of the Holocaust are so well documented in serious scholarly accounts that denial of Hitler's responsibility for the murder of the Jews is too preposterous to require refutation and argument.

I'm not gonna say it was a hoax. It was a mistake that the allies didn't take Hitler Seriously and now 6 million Jews were taken to die for no other reason apart for theyre religion. I'm not Jewish, I'm actually a muslim. I never hated Jews And i never ever thought it was a hoax after seeing all those archive pictures and talking to survivors. What I don't like from the Holocaust is that extreme right wing groups in the Knesset (Israeli Parliament) are using the tragedy for their own sick means.

There was a massacre of many people by the Europeons at that time. It is important to remember that many people were targetted: Jews, Gypsies, Muslims, Blacks.
Let's turn our attention now to the genocides being committed today. The leadership in Israel is responsible for stealing the homes and land of the Phalasteenee people. We need to stop them by stopping aid to their country and sanctioning them in the UN.
Cashmeri people have been sufferring for so many years by two different countries destoying them in a slow, painful manner. We need to pay attention to them.
We know about Darfur. What are we doing besides using this information as a tool against other helpless people?
By saying the Holocost was Jewish, you are wrong. The Holocost did exist, and it effected Jews and Gypsies and other Dark skinned, Semitic people, and the most important reason to remember this is to use this information to stop the widespread murder and destruction of whole peoples all over our Earth today.

No it was not a freaking hoax. Not only did the Jews die but also anyone against Hitler, he killed anyone, he killed homosexuals, he killed gypsies, he killed anyone with any-kind of deformities that would pollute his gene pool. It happened. People like Mahmoud ahmadinejad are full of hate and he is a scary person and soon to, or may perhaps already have a nuclear weapon. The guy is crazy.

You know, this absurdity pops up from time to time, perpetuated by ignorance and racism.
Before anyone attempts to further this insult, I would recommend:
... a visit to the Holocaust Museum
... a visit to one of the crematoriums
... an interview with a survivor of Dachau
... a chat with a World War II veteran involved in liberation of the prison camps
... German newsreels and first-hand accounts of their atrocities
... Allied newsreels and first-hand accounts of the atrocities
... a review of well-documented 'medical experiments' done by Dr. Siegmund Rascher on prisoners, from fire hoses placed inside them to having skin peeled from their bodies to make lampshades;
then, if the person can still read despite tears and gagging, I would recommend a thorough review of the lives of these three people, for starters: Pastor Martin Niemöller, Nesse Godin and Benjamin (Beryl) Ferencz.
Nuremberg was the site of a series of trials of those involved in atrocities against Jewish, Disabled, Black, Homosexual, Slavic, Russian, Gypsy and Polish peoples. That's right ... the so called 'master race' tried to eliminate more than Jews.
Are you worried yet?
Unless you are a blue-eyed blond over six feet tall, you should be. Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it.
The trials produced THREE THOUSAND TONS of documented proof. Those responsible for the atrocities convicted themselves in their own words.

Right. Hilter saw that the Armenian Genocide of 1915 -1920 (during World War I) by the Turks went denied and unbelieved and said himself that no one would remember the Jewish Holocault. The Turks to this day still deny it ever happened. They cut babies out of wombs, chopped heads off and put them on poles and on display...with their sabers.
Armenians world wide support all things Armenian to this very day
.
See www.armenopedia. com.
Yes, the Jewish Holocaust did exist as well because of it. History does repeats itself...as in Rowanda and elsewhere because of man's inhumanity toward man.

Some people will deny the truth even if it slaps them in the face.
I guess it doesn't matter how much documented footage there is regarding these things or the first hand accounts that were coming out the the concentration camps way before anything was coming up in the media of that day.

Well, my grandmother hada neighbor when I was younger. Both very old. The husband had a tattoo on his forearm. I asked him about it. He had gotten it to cover the tattooed number the Germans placed in him during the holocaust. If it is a hoax, they sure went all out to make it very real.
Of course it is not a hoax.

No, but I can kinda see how Muslims would think that, seeing how they were never taught about it in school. It happened, we have proof and personal accounts and survivors still alive, and it was horrible. I'm sorry you haven't heard of it before, but it did indeed happen. You might want to look into it a bit.
