Yes.

Lots of experimental air plains are like that. So when they are not known to common people, and they need testing, the call go up and sighting go up. Most sightings come from general remote areas where they get tested.

Again experimental air crafts and special effects air crafts add fuel to the fire by flying their oddities, certain balloons...... There is one certain experimental that has one in the air even in LA, CA area, four engine flying saucers (from time to time).

But out of space UFO type or UFO flown by out of space people are all ruled out so far.

UFO is Unidentified Flying Object. In general all plains till people identify as, say Boeing 737 or & 747 and piolots cofirms that to a control tower, it is an UFO.

It's all imagination. How come so many people keep seeing flying saucers but nobody ever reports seeing a flying cup ?

The term flying saucers sounds rather cheesy to me, I prefer the term UFO, but I do believe that beings from other planets have visited Earth. To believe that Earth is the only inhabitable planet, out of billions of stars, is ridiculous. To believe that aliens wouldn't be able travel here is just as ridiculous as I'm sure many of them would be far more advanced than us. As far as weather or not they would want to come here, that requires a leap of faith. But there are many people that believe that they've seen UFOs and some that even believe that they've been aboard them.

Only in Hollywood. Aliens probably exist but we're a very unimportant race in the grand scope of things. There are vast distances between stars. Why would they ever bother to come here when there are more important things to see and do out there?

When the concept of aliens is acceptable, the flying saucers too is a possibility......

The military has been playing with aircraft in that shape for a while. The Germans even had an experimental one during WWII. So in that aspect, yes. Do they come from other planets with aliens in them. No.

Not that i've witnessed. However, I think there are other forms of life out there, it's a bit selfish to consider us the only life form out there.
But, aye, whatever floats your boat.
