I love a nice ripe brie, served on good crackers or Melba toast that does not break when you spread it.

My favourite is a mature stilton that has been left at room temperature for an hour or so so that it creamy and easy to cut. I like it served on good biscuits such as oat cakes or cornish wafers and without butter or margarine as this overbalances the flavour.

I also like it served with a good port or a glass of red wine.

Cheese cheese cheese..there are more cheeses than there are colours of the rainbow.
Personally i like good ol' cheddar medium/mature (grilled on toast or with crackers..or in a cheese and tomato sandwich with mayo)
Lancashire cheese is nice too.
I really like brie and camembert too...nice with some french bread and grapes. Or deep fried with some cranberry sauce
Mozzarella is a good one too..in salads, on pizza or stuffed inside arancini (risotto balls, breaded and fried)

I can't stand blue cheeses....the whole mouldy cheese thing is just wrong in my eyes...i keep trying it..hoping my tastes have changed enough to let me appreciate it..but still...it's yucky to my palate.

I like a thin sliver of stilton served in a warm mince pie!

The cheese partially melts and acts like sour cream with the sweet mincemeat.

Sharp Cheddar cut and served any way I love the bitterness of it. I also like smoked Gouda cut into cubes. I Like it because its a mild cheese and its not to filling, and it has a slight smokey taste.

I like cheddar. It's great in homemade macaroni and cheese! Just make a basic creme sauce of 4 tbs of butter or margarine , 3 tbs. of flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and a sprinkle of pepper in a pan, cook over low heat till butter melts. To that add 2 cups of milk and stir till starts to thicken. Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese and stir till it melts. Pour this over cooked macaroni, pour into casserole dish and bake till bubbly at 350. Great with crushed croutons on top. Serve with a vegetable and you have a nice easy meal.

well my favorite cheese is.......... cheader cheese and i have a good recipe for some mac & cheese all you need is your favorite kind of cheese and a pack of noodles.i probably would'nt use long spaghette noodles but use some short ones like pasta noodles.cook the noodles for a little while- 5 to 7 minutes or till the noodles are pretty soft, then take your cheese and slice it into slices and put one peice in to the pasta and stir it in and the next peice and the next and the next and......well you get the point! do that till it gets to the cheesey delight of your taist buds! that is my grandmothers reciepe and when i go to her house she always makes it for it is super!!!! well i hope i helped! enjoy!
