Broiled Chicken with Fresh Lime
make a brushing sauce of oil, lime juice, salt and pepper, a dash of Tabasco, a pinch of sugar, and a touch of garlic powder or fresh garlic
wash the chicken in cool water then put it into a large bowl with water and lemon or lime juice and leave for about 10 minutes .... remove peices and pat them dry ....
put chicken onto a broiler pan or a jelly-roll pan (like a cookie sheet with sides), lined with 2 layers of parchment (put a dab of oil here and there between them to keep them from moving apart), and brush on the sauce you have prepared ... either bake or broil them until done
Serve them with a salad made of lettuces, some vinaigrette dressing (4 parts oil, 1 part lemon, some cumin powder, salt and pepper, and some Dijon mustard ..or spicy mustard ); toss those together and put some on a plate for each person, put grated California Jack cheese over it and serve some taco chips ... either plain or flavored.
To drink: water or apple juice ....

An easy pepper steak recipe. Dredge nice size pieces of round steak in flour - brown in electric skillet - once browned - lower the temp. add a can of onion soup- add about a spoonful of tomato sauce on top of each piece. Cover and let simmer till meat is almost tender.(LOW simmer) Now slice some nice slices of Green pepper into the skillett. Cover and continue cooking till the peppers are done. ( I also make a pot of rice while this is cooking. Cook time for pepper steak is about 2-3 hrs total -BUT it is easy to do. My family loves this and I have made it for 30 yrs

I know how you feel. I'll share on of my families favorites, that puts a new twist on your boneless, skinless, chicken breast.
You will need...
1 lb. skinless chicken breast (Separate into 4 pieces)
(2) 14.5 oz cans of stewed tomatoes (juice too) may need to slice tomatoes in halves
about 10 fresh reg. sized mushrooms cut in halves
and a med. sized zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces
Garlic (fresh crushed or powder- whatever you have)
salt & pepper
2 quart baking dish
Wash chicken with cold water and pat dry. Place chicken in ungreased pan. Mix rest of ingreadients in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Same with garlic, add to taste, more if your a garlic lover, less if not. If you hate garlic, skip the garlic altogether. Pour over chicken and ....
Bake in oven at *350 for about one hour.
Serve over egg noodles.
I hope this was some help...Good luck!

Itis very hard to say as I do not know what you have had recently. Sometimes the dish does make a difference. I love pork, and pulled pork sandwiches are a favourite, as is pork cutlets and pork roast; all different indeed!

Why not pasta? you can add chicken on top with vegetables if you like. You can choose any kind of pasta, fettuccine, ravioli, spagetti, linguine, angel hair, ziti, lasagna, manicotti, or gnocchi(pronounsed nioci) or use pork. season the meat with like olive oil and oragano, basil, garlic, paprika, pepper. All of these are good spices.

Let me start by saying this doesn't really taste like pumpkin...it's just really good and creamy. It's not spicy either. It's very very good. I hope you try it!
Pasta with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce
1 pkg. (16 oz.) penne pasta, uncooked
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Ground nutmeg to taste
COOK pasta as directed on package.
MEANWHILE, place cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and milk in large saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Add pumpkin and spices; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
ADD pasta; toss lightly. Serve topped with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
----------
STOVE TOP® One-Dish Chicken Bake
1-2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing.
BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Jazz It Up
Prepare as directed, topping chicken with 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables before covering with soup mixture. (I always use chopped frozen broccoli...about 1 1/2 cups...it's so yummy!!)

Why not salmon? Some kinda salmon...
Or pasta. Fettucini is good.
Try to incorporate all the different food groups into your meal. It's healthier that way :)
