ok well my little chihuahua started to skratch and stratch and he got really red around his nech and it got nasty and slimy and another thing i think he has a feaver because he is warmer than usuall and is not really active like he was help me.

Take the dog to the vet. any information which you may get here for the problem would be a violation of laws governing medical care. you can use a thermometer to take the dogs temp. normal is 101 degrees F.
but this should be done by an experiences individual or under the guidanc eof a veterinarian. so call your vet ASAP.

If you have a collar on him, take it off, place a warm damp cloth around the rash area, clean it good, put some neosporine on it. If a dog has fever, they will have warm bellies, ears will be very warm and the nose will be dry. Make sure it has lots of water to drink, if the sore area does not clear up, you may need to get hims some antibiotics from the vet.

Dogs temperature is around 101.6 normally. By scratching so often he could have caused an infection which probably needs to be treated by a vet, so call one, and get your dog to the vet. But the question is , what made him start to scratch that area?? And that could be a lot of things. Take him to a vet.

Their noses become warm and dry. If it's a playful pup, they may also become very lazy and fatigued.

Usually their cold little noses turn warm if they are sick.
