Peel a couple of potatoes and throw them in the pot. Discard after they are cooked (or eat them if you like).

You can put a potato in it and cook it for a little while. It will help absorb the extra salt. Just throw the potato away when it starts to get a little soft or you can eat it. You can also add a little sugar and it will help remove the saltiness also.

Yup. raw peeled potato is the only way I know of.... I like a lot of salt though so I'd probably think your chili is perfect!

You can dilute it by adding tomato juice or red wine. Even some additional chopped tomatoes will work.

trow some flour in it, stir it well the woloh u have a great chili again!
