on the vitamin bottle on the back label....when it says for example

vitamin b 50mg 500%


in english huh? ... 50mg per bottle or per tabelt? and whats the 500% mean?

It means 50 mg per serving so if the serving is only on tablet, it means you are getting 50 mg. The percentage refers to the recommended daily allowance. 100% would be the recommended daily allowance, so this means you are 5 times more than the RDA.
It's best not to go over the RDA if you are taking these vitamins on a regular basis, as taking over in some cases can lead to different conditions. Your best bet is to take a multivitamin that has 100% of everything.

PS More is NOT always better, you can overdose on some vitamins; 5 times more does NOT mean 5 times better as your body will just excrete the 40mgs its does not need..straight down the pan along with your money;

you are prob supppose to only have 10mg to your daily values... the vitamin has 5 times that much...
