Medical opinions on eggs (and lots of things) flip-flop from time to time. I believe that this year eggs are good-guys again.

Rule of thumb with eggs. The yellow is loaded with cholesterol. The whites are not. If you want to eat eggs everyday, eat the whites 6 days and the whole egg 1 day.

see, eggs are good and healthy, there's no problem eating it everyday. They supply a large amount of complete, high-quality protein and provide significant amounts of several vitamins and minerals. but the problem is in the yolk (the yellow part), cuz it have fat and cholestrol, and our body does not absorb much cholesterol from eggs. the white is ok cuz it contain protein which is good. so u can eat the white after removing the yolk. but that doesn't mean that you don'y eat the yolk, reduce it.
but if you are in a low-cholesterol diet you may need to cut down on egg consumption or just eat the white.
;)

Eggs are very good for you, they have alot of protein which makes you feel fuller longer. Study's have shown that people who eat eggs and alot of fiber in the mourning opposed to people who eat alot of carbs such as a bagel. Keep excess weight off more easily than those who eat carbs. Dont eat any more than 7 eggs a week as they do contain alot of cholestorol.

Too much of anything is bad for you, but overall, eggs are pretty good, although high in cholesterol. Try every other day or so, and it will be healthier in the long run, either way.

One day, eggs are good, and the next day, eggs are bad. There was a good article here on Yahoo a couple of days ago about the good side of eggs. Next week, who knows?

the only sure thing is the cholesterol. one whole egg constitues more than 70% of your total cholesterol intake on a 2,000 calorie diet.
i don't know what holding a lot of nutrients means but it doesn't sound like a bad thing.
