Yes, I have seen many. And ones I've seen have been seen by others as well.

One time I was at my friend's house, where a couple people had died of old age, and I was looking at a white pillow, and on the pillow were 2 eyes and eyebrows staring back at me. We just looked at each other for a moment and I ran out of the room.

Another time, I was in my new house for about a week, and in one roo, there were 4 chairs and a card table against a wall. I heard a noise, and saw my dog staring into the room. when I got ther, in the center of the room, a chair had opened up and was facing me in the doorway. A few minutes before it had been closed against the wall, and I was the only one home. Turns out a man and a young child died on the property by steping on a downed wire during a storm.

If you are speaking of ghosts as people who have died...this is what the bible teaches of the condition of the dead...

Ecclesiastes 9:5 & 6: "For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because theremembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.'

Ecclesiastes 3:19-20 " For there is an eventuality as respects the sons of mankind and an eventuality as respects the beast, and they have the same eventuality. As the one dies, so the other dies; and they all have but one spirit, so that there is no superiority of the man over the beast, for everything is vanity. 20 All are going to one place. They have all come to be from the dust, and they are all returning to the dust."

Psalms 146:3 & 4: "Do not put YOUR trust in nobles,
Nor in the son of earthling man, to whom no salvation belongs.
4 His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground;
In that day his thoughts do perish."

If a persons thoughts perish when he dies, then it is not very un-likely that he could haunt you either. However, there are demons which have the power to do many things...please don't play around in that realm!

I used to live in a duplex apartment a few years ago. The building was new (we were the first people to live there) and one night. I was lying in bed and I saw a human shaped figure (couldn't tell if it was male or female) staring at me. When it realized that I had seen it, it went down the stairs. My hair stood on end. ( I was home alone so I know it was not a member of my household).

When I was in kindergarten, one Saturday morning I woke up and saw a small white dog walking towards my parents room. I could even here its metal dog tag of bell jingle as it passed. I kept it secret, knowing that no one would believe me yet I couldn't forget it. A few years later, my brother told me how he saw one a night a dog peeking out of a toy chest. I asked him to describe it and his description was the same as the dog I saw. I told him about the dog I saw and we told our parents. My mother told us how when our great grandmother lived here, during her final days she kept talking to a dog that wasn't there. She also revealed that one night when my brother was a baby she heard an old lady's voice coming from his nursery. She entered and saw no one but he was laughing. My great grandmother loved children. We haven't seen nor heard her nor the dog since.

when I was ten, my dog , Buttercup, died at only two years old. :(
Ever since we got a new dog, Scooter, I always see a shelty( that was the type of dog Buttercup was) that is white walk by my room. It even has the little bandana that Buttercup wore around her neck. I guess she missed us.
