Am i over react of this suitation? Should i bother this relationship? Currently, i'm dating this guy who is ten years older than me (39 years old and i'm 28) and i feel that he was not very honest with me from the begining and i dont know why. Two weeks ago i broken into his computer and read all his incoming and outgoing e-mails. I have found out that he slept with a old lady (50 years old) from online "my space.com" five months ago and stills communicating with her on and off. Plus he has two other girls on his profile and i'm not sure if he slept with. When i comfronted him on new years eve...he told me that i shouldnt judge him from his past and he told me two other girls only friends to him and i should be ok with that. Should i believe him? please help....

well, it all depends on the stage of your relationship and on how much you have invested in it.
if you haven't been together for long, then give him a chance to know him better, to find out what kind of person he really is.
right now it doesn't really matter so much with whom he has already been with. ok, so if he proves to be faithful from now on and respects your engagement then he is worth of your attention.
but, otherwise if he continues to disrespect you and your relationship then you shouldn't bother for him any more...

Erm. You are 28, and although your life is by no means over (I am 26 so I am not insulting you at all), you should not waste time with dead end relationships. If this is a relatively new relationship, which I presume it is, get out of there. I judge people by the people they used to date a lot, by asking myself,,,the type of woman I want to be with, wouldnt have been with these other idiots because she would have had more respect for herself. And the fact that he lied to you, and is probably about the other two girls as well, should just give you enough reason to tell yourself that he is an idiot. Do you really want to spend the rest of your life with someone who is 11 years older than you that lies to you and doesnt have much respect for himself?

Your relationship with this man is on shaky ground at best, if you have been dating this guy a long time and are exclusive to one anouther and he is cheating on you with anouther woman than I think you have a good reason to be upset with him, trust is alway a important factor in a relationship you do not trust him this is clear, talk to him about your lack of trust and why you feel he is untrustworthy, you need to be honest with your feelings with him and yourself by asking these questions you will find your own answers...good luck

the only thing I could say,is once a man lies to you he would lie again.Down deep I think you know you can't trust him,right?Remenber life is so short, and make sure you have the real love ,while you are young. He is soo-- lucky to have a young girlfriend . He has to be stupid to cheat on you with a older woman. Just think what do you really want?? LOVE or companionship??

Well if you broke in to his computer and read his emails, it's obvious you don't trust this guy so why be with someone you don't trust? It will never work out, you will always have doubt in your mind about what he is doing and with who. I would dump him and move on to someone who appreciates you. You don't need the games

if you didnt think that he waz very honest inthe begining than you should have told him and maybe broke up. but if i waz u i would stay w/ him. just stay on your toes and watch out. i would keep reading his emails but if nothing is happening in the mail than just stop cuz he needs his privocy too.also see if he changes his adittude completely around you GOOD LUCK!!
