First, if you have been raped and threatened, you need to report it to the police immediatley. Sounds like you have already tried to take action through the company, but don't stop. Has this happened to anyone else? Ask around. Write a letter to your boss's boss's boss so to speak and say you are going to the media next. Definantly get a lawyer. Do not except this behavior. Talk to the police, if they can't do anything, they can probably direct you on what you can do. Take care sweetie and good luck.

This is not the best advice in the world but I will stop the abuse. Make sure the crimes are well documented, take a self defence course and knock the f_cker out and do it in front of a lot of people so that way others, that would think that you are a target will see this and think twice before messing with you again. The reason that you want to do it in front a lot of people is so that if you get arrested for hurting this person you can say that their is a history and you have tried everything Else and it keeps this from happening and make it very public get the press involved and sue you company. Make the company take some responsibility for their employees actions.

it is probably best to stay quiet and find another job do not involve the authorities they will just be paid off by the corporation to keep it quiet and come after you, you will not be allowed to work it will be your fault even if you are telling the truth your co workers will lie about you, the upper management will Lie and allow it to happen the violence will get worse... my suggestion is it s very good idea to get out!! don t say a word to anyone, especially the authorities. Remember what I am saying this is how to protect yourself. By getting out!!! period the authorities will just blame you and the organization will continually pay them off and break your civil rights the attorney general will help to cover up rape victims who have spoke up even just a little bit. have been bullied and harassed on all levels things you would never believe / Victims lives are taken from them not only when they survive the brutality but by coming forward they are at fault the authorities are not there to stop this from happening to you . there is not need to go to a lawyer depending on size of the company you are with they will just pay him off as well and you will have spent money u don t have to have them laugh in your face about what they have aloud to happen to you, you will not be aloud to work anywhere anymore you will be homeless and your attackers will be driving new cars and making good money while you are struggling, the authorities will allow them to approach you in the workplace They will try to state you are out of your mind they will lie lie lie lie and lie some more and remember this the authorities go along with it. I am living proof.

First of all - KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! I've left some URL:s for you in the source-section. Read up on them. It's also important to SPEAK UP AT THE TIME - say "NO!" with a steady voice, and don't smile. KEEP RECORDS of the harassment. Contact your workplace Affirmative Action Offices - and if this is not available, contact a lawyer.

Get to a lawyer as well as contact the appropriate government/ state agency. There is clearly a problem in the workplace that requires correction.

Do you mean sexually harassed or sexually assaulted?
If it is sexual harassment then I would speak to a lawyer who could take civil action on your behalf.
If someone threatens your life, you can contact the police.
If you are sexually assaulted (some kind of touching must be involved), call the police.

if you have gone to upper management within the company about it, i would get the number to the coorporate offices and let them know whats going on. seems to me you may have to seeing that your boss had also done it. if that doesn't work i would go to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or another state agency that deals with sexual harrassment.
