There is no date when everything is going HD, the all digital over the air date is in 2009, but this only affects you if you have an antenna, if you have cable or satellite it will not affect you. Again, there is no HD date, and by the way, cable or satellite boxes will downconvert an HD signal to work on the old TVs, so you wouldn't have to get rid of your old TV anyway. That guy who mentioned talking to the "HD company" was misled. Frankly I don't even know what this "HD company" would be.

The strategies contained in the universe have structure to them, alongside with how image voltaic platforms are made, how creatures evolve, and how gravity works. it really is structure, the way issues paintings, each and everything isn't chaos.

I think the original plan was for everyone to be DIGITAL by the end of this year but I think that has been pushed back a couple more years.
As for the current televisions that don't have digtial tuners, the plan is to have separate tuners available for purchase that would receive the DIGITAL signal and convert it so that the television you now have can still work.
