Of coarse, i think everyone experiences puppy love at some stage when they are younger.
I know at the time it seems like the real thing but when you think about it afterwards you know it was just a little crush.
Its all part of growing up!!

if you mean the childish love that everyone seems to think that teenagers go through then no because i don't believe there is a difference than what adults say is real love because love is love no matter what age you are at 5 it could be love for your parents at 15 it could be love for your girlfriend/boyfriend and later in life it could be your fiancee or husband/wife that love is for love doesn't change, what changes is who has the most of you love at the time

Yes. it is the purest form of true love. There is no questions asked and no understanding. Children feel what they feel pure and Innocent love. I wish all love could be puppy love.
