She should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Illegal immigration just spreads the resources thin for everyone else. It also costs TAXPAYERS, which Illegals are NOT, money to finance construction of new school for the ILLEGALS' CHILDREN, pay for new teachers to help the ILLEGALS learn English, expenses for the government to put things in Spanish, etc.

This woman, and all like her, need to be jailed.

I think that you are right,, but if our government don't do something about it,, what are we the Americans are going to do? Right now the packing company that had all of those illegals are demanding to the Immigration Dept. tell them what happened to all of the illegal aliens that were arrested in the raid. The problem is that the government is not doing nothing to the Corporations that hired this illegals and they feel like they could do what ever they want and nothing will happened to them. They feel that they are untouchable by the government.

I think that the employer and the many like them are just giving more incentives to illegals to cross our borders. It has to stop. We can not give so many Amnesty and expect more not to come. That employers should be fined and tossed into jail.

"The company is facing about a half-million dollars in fines."

Looks like a good start. More of this sort of reaction is a great second step though. Hurting businesses in their profit margin that break the law knowingly is a great deterrent.

Up to 6 months in jail is hardly a harsh punishment.
