You don't "fill" them, they require a procedure called "Dermabrasion" or "Dermaplaning" to diminish them. This is basically a procedure that "sands" down the outer layer of the skin. Depending on the severity of the scars will determine how much can be removed or reduced.

i think you're best option is to see a dermatologist. they can do wondrous things about facial scars and pitting for a better price than you would think! there's a couple of options and they can finance, if needed
