You didn't say how.. is this phone stalking?hanging out side your house stalking? Or just showing up whereever you go.. or is she saying anything to you?

Phone stalking is easy tell the phone company they will put a trace on your phone for the police to deal with her, if she hangs outside your house call the police saying that there is a person that keeps hanging out at your house. The first time they will check her ID and find out her business and let her go but if she does it again they got something on her! You can also go to the police station and get a restraining order on her that way if she does come with in a certain distance of you she will be detained and eventually they can prosecute her. But they need to see a pattern developing before they can do anything.

Is she stalking you and your husband? or just your husband?. This is a mans job. Your husband needs to confront this person and tell her she is out of line and she needs to stop. Unless she is being encouraged in some way, she will stop. If she is just some random obsessed woman, she needs to be reported, so she can get some mental help

U know, unless she does some serious law-breaking there's not too much you can do, unless you take out a restraining order on her. (at least in my state)

Definately have a no tresspassing sign up to start with...get the restraining order with proof that she's harressing you...and call the police about everything thing she does to break the order until they get sick of the whole mess in court and lock her up for a little while, then decide if you want to relocate or deal with that person again in a few yrs??

good luck from there....and be safe...

Stalking is a crime. Call the police. No question in my mind about that. Then maybe she can get the help she needs because this is usually a psychological problem of some kind.

First, go to the police station, very upset of course, file a restraining order. The judge will issue a writ that she can not come within...usually 50 feet of you, your place of residence, work, kids school, any family member, and in this case also include your husbands same info. Then after it gets served, run into her somewhere and kick the living SH_T out of her, and then call the cops and say she tracked you down....shes gone! I would also grill my husband about why the bitty is stalking, are you sure he is not playing it at both ends?

Well there must be a reason she is stalking you. Stalking someone is against the law so if she is stalking you, contact your police dept. and they will warn her and if she continues, you can get a restraining order on her. Good Luck

Swear out an order of protection. It is a restraining order prohibiting her from being within so many feet of either of you. Your husband needs to do this with you if he doesn't want the attention. She will be summoned to appear in court. If you have cell phone records of her calls, take them with you. It will be helpful if you know her home or working address.
This is serious business. Police will enforce the order if there have been threats.
If this is a matter of petty jealousy, or you know your husband is fooling around with this woman, handle your problems and please don't tax our system of protection. People with legitimate issues of danger need help, drama queens need to straighten up their own acts.
