I've found the best coffee from ccmcoffee.com. not sure how he roasts his Guatemalan but im thinking you could call and find out. you might be able to order a light roast but you should check with them. As far as i know he has always had Guatemalan available.

I'm not a big coffee drinker so when I do drink it, I like what's sold commercially under the brand name of "Superior,"...I've found it on the internet. If you find it, try the English Toffee blend. . .another yummy!
