Hello is typically Ciao.

Goodbye is typically Arrivederci

My name is: TECHNICALLY "il mio nome e ..." but more italians say "Mi Chiamo ..." which means "I am called..."

In Italian Hello means Ciao and good bye means arrivederci and "my name is" in italian means il mio nome è

Hello and Goodbye are generally Ciao! Although, Buongiorno is "good day/morning" and that is used too. My name is = Mi chiamo ______ (pronounced Mee Key-ahmoe) haha.
